While our baby carrier offers a neck support feature, we do not recommend using the carrier until baby has full head control, which is typically around the age of 6 months. We always want you and your baby to be safe and not risk harmful injuries. When carrying him in the full carrier, do not bend over. Also, please keep your arm safely on your baby while in the carrier, such as cooking or cleaning.

You are free to return the carrier during the first 30 days with no questions asked and we will immediately process a full refund. After this, we warranty this carrier for a full 3 years against defect, including materials, design and workmanship. During the first 6 months, we'll replace your unit. Between 6 months and 3 years, we will arrange for a prepaid return and upon inspection, if we determine the product is defective due to our material, design or workmanship, we will send a repair the unit or send a replacement. We do not offer a replacement if the damage is due to improper use, after-market alterations or normal wear and tear.
